Add ons & Extras

1. Free Entitlement 

Funded hours ( 15/30 ) are free at point of use.

There are no conditions of hidden charges.

There are no top up fees charged.

There is no mandatory purchase of additional hours.

2. Transparency

Itemised invoices are used, seperating free and private paid hours.

Parents have agreed to meals,snacks & consumable charge per session.

3. Permissible Charges

Charges for food/snacks are optional, parents can provide there own.

Charges for optional activities are voluntary and do not affect access to free hours.

4. Prohibited Charges

No Charges are included for EYFS materials.

No charges charges are included to cover business costs.

There are no non-refundable deposits for funded places.

Refundable deposits returned once child has been submitted on headcount data.

5. Admissions & Access

There is no discrimination based on the ability to pay extras.

All children have equal access.
